We, the members of Karnataka paying guests & hostel owners welfare association met on Saturday the 18th august 2007 at 4:30 p.m at No.27, S.M.C kalian mahal, first floor, 4th main, 20th cross, N,S. Palya, BTM layout, 2nd Stage, Bangalore-76. and unanimously elected the office bearers and the committee members of the said  association.
It was also decided unanimously to authorize the Hon, secretary to take appropriate action to register the association immediately with the registrar of societies, Bangalore urban, Bangalore ,as per Karnataka societies registration act 17 of 1960. According the memorandum and the rules and registrations of the association was submitted in duplicate and our association has been registered on 3rd October 2007, the registration number being 49/2007-08.
As you all aware that this association is formed to solve the problems legally, it was decided to meet the concerned officers of BBMP, BESCOM, BWSSB etc, and  to discuss various issues and also to arrange press meets often whenever it is necessary
Further, it was also decided to conduct the association meeting every 2( two) months once and to send the intimation about the meeting to all the members well in advance to enable they to attend the meeting without fail. The decisions taken on different issues in the meeting will be conveyed to all the members immediately.
The association is planning to start face to face discussions in future meetings and it is requested all the members for their guidance and kind Co operation for the total development  of the association and thus to develop themselves and also their challenges in P.G.& Hostel field.
